My Microphone Doesnt Work.. Help..

please help i use motorola H790 at first time everything is okay but now suddenly the person i Call cant hear my voice. but i can hear their voice loud n clear. i try reset default many times but no change at all. please help me fix it. charging normal, no mute on (i already check).
