There Is No Link To Upload Music There Is No Artist Link Or Link Under Mystuff

Under the help section: It says that I can upload music under the new tab that has replaced the 'My Stuff" link. However, my page still has My Stuff. There is no "Artist Link". Under 'MY Stuff" I only have the option to add photos, my streams, Plays and Videos" WHERE IS THE MUSIC TAB!!!!!!!
