Remove 'open Player' Bar At Bottom Of Web Page?

I could really use some help here and your help section is not giving me the info that I need. At the bottom of the page there is a bar that has a music note and a box for "Open Player" on the left, and a cartoon type word bubble (I assume for Chat) on the right. I can the web page down and this bar remains at the bottom, but the bar is in the way if I need to scroll left or right. How can I remove this bar?
