How Can I Adjust Tint When It's Stuck?

I recently had to Factory Reset this TV after owning it for +2 years, given that I couldn't get certain local channels, no matter what I used or tried. It worked and I was able to receive said channels, but now my Tv's picture looks dark and the colors are awful, when I tried to fix the picture I just can't adjust the Tint in the Picture Menu under User. How can I fix this problem? My picture looks too red!Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
