Here are some steps you can take to get your Naxa tablet to connect to a keyboard:

Make sure that the keyboard is turned on and in pairing mode.

On your tablet, go to Settings > Bluetooth.

Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on.

If your keyboard is not listed in the Available devices section, tap Search for devices.

When your keyboard appears in the list, tap on it to pair it with your tablet.

If you are prompted to enter a passcode, enter the passcode that is displayed on your keyboard.

Once the keyboard is paired, it should be listed in the Connected devices section.

If your keyboard is still not connecting to your tablet, you can try the following:

Restart your tablet and your keyboard.

Make sure that your tablet and keyboard are within 10 meters of each other.

Check the batteries in your keyboard to make sure that they are not low.

If you are using a Bluetooth keyboard, make sure that it is compatible with your tablet.

If you have tried all of the above and your keyboard is still not connecting, you may need to contact Naxa customer support for assistance.

Here are some additional tips for connecting a keyboard to your Naxa tablet:

If you are having trouble pairing your keyboard, try turning Bluetooth off and then on again.

If your keyboard is still not connecting, you can try forgetting the device and then pairing it again. To do this, go to Settings > Bluetooth > Manage devices. Tap on the name of your keyboard and then tap Forget device. Once you have forgotten the device, you can try pairing it again.

If you are still having trouble connecting your keyboard, you may need to update the firmware on your tablet. You can check for firmware updates by going to Settings > System > System updates.

I hope this helps!
