Should I Buy A Net10 Phone?

I had nearly $100 worth of service robbed from me by NET10 (Tracfone , Safelink) and I see many similar complaints online. I have not pushed any l;legal action because in the end it is too much trouble for too little money. The principle of the fact that their phones do not properly run unlimited plans and that their foreign offices (Venezula, ) do not care what us as U.S Americans are having troubles with. Beyond that, Safelinks deal with our  U.S gov't  provides phones and service to people on foodstamps for free, is making them millions as it is. So that is most likely why if their is no class action its being shut down. go figure, I get robbed for $100 and NET10 tells me too bad, their is no record of my payments and then someone reads this and still signs up for NET10 because the price is unbelievable, and in the end virtually impossible for NET10 to carry through with their promises. their base in Florida, revenue nearly 2 Billion in 2008), This is why NET10 and their Venzualan office is rail roading thousands of Americans by deleting their accounts.
