Billing

Why is it advertised that netflix cost ten dollars a month on the the adds I see on TV, but I'm being charged $16.46 a month.?When I first got netflix I was only paying the ten dollars, but the cost seems to be going up.

The cost went up a year and half ago because they split the streaming/DVD plan into 2 separate plans and charge more for both. Netflix does cost $10 a month if you only have streaming.
