I Just Rejoined Yesterday And Today My Bank Account Shows Double Charges.why?

Bank shows pending charges 7.99 AND 8.23 which will cause my insurance payment to possibly bounce! Why two separate charges? I only ordered streaming. I have no TV! Please cancel if that is what happened and reverse 8.23 immediately. Please.

Man, you are living mighty close to the edge. It's not a double payment; there is now one charge for DVDs and a separate charge for streaming. If you believe you were billed in error, you need to call Netflix at 1-866-716-0414. This is HelpOwl; we don't have access to your account.
