Netflix cannot just upload seasons of shows whenever they want or whenever the customers want. They do not own them, so therefore they must wait on the studio/cable network/company that owns it allows them to. With that being said, AMC will allow them to stream season 2 in October, just before season 3 begins. There is no season 3 yet.
