--  Clear all your cookies and browsing data.

In case you don't know where your browsers cookies are:

IE -- Tools -> Internet options -> General tab -> Browsing history -> Settings  -> View files

In the resulting popup folder, show files in a Detail view.  You can then easily determine which site each cookie is from by looking in the Internet Address column.

Firefox -- Tools -> Options -> Privacy tab -> Show Cookies...

Find the Netflix entries by looking at the Site column.

Chrome -- Wrench icon -> Options -> Under the Hood tab -> Privacy -> Content settings... -> Cookies -> All cookies and site data...

Nerds need love too...

Try clearing your cache.  Verify that cookies are enabled and reboot your system.  I know some internet browsers have problems with certain cookies, ie Chrome.  You may also have a security program stopping it from allowing the cookies.

Just do a system restore to a day earlier. Works fine. If you change the cookie settings at all; you will be doomed to that "trap" page;

START --> ALL PRGRAMS --> ACCESSORIES --> SYSTEM TOOLS --> SYSTEM RESTORE --> SELECT HOWEVER MANY DAYS BACK +1 SINCE YOU MONKEY'D AROUND WITH THE COOKIES SETTING.

Worked for me.
