Check if SIM direction is correct

Take out the battery and memory card form the phone hold the power switch for a while say approx 20-30 sec with out the battery then apply WD40 solution on the sim tray and wipe it with a clean cotton cloth. (WD 40 is available in all the electronic shops). Fix the sim card and battery switch on the phone. If the problem persist master reset the phone.
