Treadmill Won't Start

NordicTrack T 6.5z when turned on screen will light up and once hit start it shuts down. Have turned off with switch and unplugging hoping to reboot with no success. Would appreciate advice on what to do. It is only 1-2 years old. Thank you

If you haven't I suggest you follow all these troubleshooting steps on page 27. You should check your wiring harness & ground wire for loose or damaged wires. Check here for insight on motor issues.

This model comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame, 25 years on the motor, 1 year on parts and 1 year on labor.
