Oki ML1120 Support Question

Paper Jams In Oki Ml 1120
to whome it may concern, at work I'm using the Oki ML 1120 printer. Lately the paper jams at every other sheet. I have checked the rolls in the back that grab the paper and they seem to be in good balance. Every time the printer grabs the paper it seems to grab it uneven, left and right side taking turns. The first sheet prints fairly ok but it automatically takes the second sheet the wrong way which creates problems to print onto the second sheet, which is often needed as the first sheet only allows me to print 20 items and I may need 30 items printed. I have tried to contact your company via phone but couldn't get a hold of anyone. Thank you for your time and effort.Kind Regards, V. Van Daele
