Ac/heat/vent Distribution Problem.

The heat & air are working but the proper doors for each do not work properly.About once in ten attempts, one on the right end of the dash opens but none of the other outlets have cold air.I suspect one-or-more broken vaccum hose(s) or the doors are binding/hanging-up.
