Can't Connect Them To Laptop, Windows 10 And Preinstalled Bluetooth Software

Hi!I've been trying to connect them to my laptop with no success. I already tried uninstalling bluetooth software and reinstalling it, no success. Looked for a controller or a special add-in and found nothing.I thought it was an issue with the bluetooth on my laptop but I was able to connect bluetooth speakers.Also, the headphones work perfectly with my celphone.Any suggestions?

The headset stores the last 4 devices in

the memory. If you try to pair more than

4 devices, the earliest paired device is

replaced by the new one.
