Onkyo Txsr603

i have Sony blue ray dvd bdp 460 hooked up with ethernet to my router all was working fine until i had to disconnect now colors are off .when i play dvd or netflix green intead of blue/ and pink red /blue /green cable hooked in correct in dvd and receiver when i bypass receiver and do wHite /red /yellow cable direct to my TOSHIBA TV colors are perfect as they are when i play tv only with out dvd which makes me believe problem is with receiver set up? i have spent time on phone with sony support and tey trouble shot with me and also said trouble was iwith hte receiver can you help me? i
