Can't Turn Tv On ( Palsonic Pt2238c Led Tv / Dvd Combo ). Power Is On ( Red L
power is on and in stand by mode.Remote control switches on ( green light ) however screen doesn't activate and tv switches back to stand by mode ( red light ).Any ideas
