Palsonic Tv Has Power Then None

Hi all, I have a Palsonic 32" LCD TV with dvd built-in Model number TFTV8135DT and as the problem goes when I turn it on I get the power flashes on and then off then does nothing but but just sit there. have tried turning it on with remote at the power switch on the unit and also the touch button on the side, nothing I had a look at it and reckon it's the power supply. Has anybody had this sort of problem
