Panasonic Cathode Ray Tube Tv Has Horizontal Lines
I have a Panasonic cathode ray tube (CRT) television, model number CT-27D12DF. It is approximately 14 years old. I recently noticed horizontal lines across the top of the screen. I tried unplugging the TV and plugging it back in after 10 minutes. This did not fix the problem. All of the cables are o.k. and secure. I do not see a factory reset option in the tv's menu. What do you suggest I do? Thank you.
