Panasonic Ct27d12df Television Has Momentary Twisted Picture At Startup
I have a Panasonic CT27D12DF cathode ray tube television that is approximately 14 years old. When I turn it on, the picture is twisted for a few seconds, and then straightens out. I tried unplugging the TV for 10 minutes and then plugging it back in, but that did not correct the problem. I looked in the television menu, but it does not have a reset option. Can you tell me what the problem is and how it can be resolved?
