Bd87 Locks Up On Some Movies. Won't Play Movie

BD87 loads movie, plays previews, when it gets to feature, I hit PLAY and player locks up. Remote doesn't work. Front panel buttons don't work. On/Off doesn't work. Have to unplug to reset. Does this EVERY time on some movies (What to Expect When Expecting for one). If I do a Scene select, it plays. Tried Firmware update, reset. Still a problem
