Main Characters On Dvd Have No Audio
I have a Panasonic DVD Home Theater Sound System (Model No. SC-PT650). It has worked fine for the few years I have had it up until recently. The problem I am having now is that when playing DVDs, only the background audio (music, background chatter) is audible. The voice of the main person speaking is not audible. The stereo plays CDs and my ipod just fine. I have tried several different DVDs, all with the same problem. I have tried using the remote to adjust the settings, but nothing seems to work. Is there some switch/setting that controls only the audio of the main dialogue in DVDs? Is there a particular speaker wire/speaker that is supposed to control this part of the audio?
