Paypal Account

To whom it concerns, I have a paypal account and have tried to link it with my bank account, i dont have a credit card to transfer fund with, but the link doesnt appear to have worked, and would like to use the services, can you please help, me, trying to use cupid, with paypal and keeps asking for a credit card, which as i have just stated dont have one, Please Help Kind Regards Frank
