It isn't always guaranteed and you have a very limited time to do so, but go into your PayPal account and file a dispute. It is relatively easy and you probably won't hear anything back while they investigate the issue, but I had a favorable result a few months back that I wasn't expecting from my dispute. It probably took about 30 days from the date I entered my dispute to get the decision from PayPal. Good Luck!
