You use the "withdraw" option in Paypal, click on "My account" unless that screen opens automatically and its the 3rd option along the top next to "history". You can only withdraw money to a bank account not back to your credit card that you make payments from. Have you actually registered your bank account name, account number and sort code with Paypal?

It takes 2-4 working days usually for the money to get to your bank account. There is a charge for small transfers, for me in Ireland if I transfer over €100 its free, less than €100 I pay €1 fee to Paypal.
