Phone PayPal at 888-221-1161 or 402-935-2050. (Do notphone any number or follow any link in the email.) To shortcut the seemingly interminable phone menu, repeat "Agent" in response to every prompt.

It is a phishing email. They're trying to get your Paypal password. They are hoping you have a Paypal account and will log in by clicking on the link they put in the email. Do NOT click on any links in the email. Forward it to [email protected] and then delete it.

Hi, you should contact PayPal to get details of the transaction and see if it is someone you know sending you money. PayPal can provide a lot of information and help you if this is a scam or trick.
