Money Owed!

Payless charged my account twice for a car rental on July 13. When I went to pick up my car rental on the 14th, they said they couldn't refund me and would have to call customer service. I immediate called and received a ticket number. She said it would take 14 business days to be reversed! I asked to speak to a supervisor because I needed the money, and she said there isn't one there. Comments in the ticket from Melanie at the executive desk on the 15th of July said the refund was processed. I am still waiting! I have put comments in the ticket many times and no responses back. I called customer service again and they said they don't have supervisors and wouldn't give me the number to corporate. I have emailed No response! What do I need to do to get my money back??? I am owed a refund due to you taking out a double payment out of my checking account, and you are holding my money. Please help. Terrible service. I will never rent from Payless again. Worst experience ever!!
