Refund To Insurance
Is there someone at Pearle Vision who can actually process a claim for a refund back to my insurance? I have returned a pair of glasses back to your Bellevue store and they said they would send a refund back to my insurance. After speaking to the store and customer service on several occasions for the past 9 weeks it has yet to be done. After getting the run around from your company for several weeks, I was promised it was being processed. However after speaking to your company and my insurance, no one can tell me if it is being processed. Can someone from Pearle Vision looking into this matter and contact me as soon as possible?
