Ur False Promise Guarantee
I can see better through a cheap store bought reading classes then my $300.00+ pair i Bought from there. Point of sales will not correct it and their customer service's only send computer generated responses; phone calls do nothing more then issue a case # then disappear. Where does one go from low level management to corp. before having to go to legal extremes?

I don't know why the previous answer referred you to customer service, when, as you say, you've already gone that route. If there's no resolution, you may want to consider complaining to Ohio's Consumer Protection office at 614-466-4986.
