4 Way Controller Stopped Functionung

Hi, My Pentax RZ-10's four way control pad has stopped functioning. The camera is stuck in the last setting/s and cannot be changed. I cannot access ANY controls or commands. It will enter 'Menu' but after that nothing. Same with everything else. I cannot review photost taken, turn off the flash, turn on the video, nothing. It still takes photos but as stated, will not obey the 4-way controller. Help!!! Thanks

Hi there. Now the only way to solve your problem is to hard reset your Pentax RZ-10 using the external buttons. Instructions are found on the service manual that was given to you when you purchase the camera.
