Pfaff Creative Vision 5.0 Power Supply

have a Pfaff Creative Vision 5.0. I have replaced the power cord and the foot pedal. The machine turns on and when I press the on machine see button or press on the foot pedal the machine sometimes sews a few stitches and shuts downs and starts over. After much thought and some online research I am inclined to believe that the power supply may be bad. How can I check out the power supply

Th power supply is the electricity provided by your electric power company; it's unlikely that's the problem. Perhaps there's an issue with the connection to the power supply--the power cord. See https://www.manualslib.com/manual/504992/Pfaff-Creative-Vision.html?page=22&term=power+supply&selected=1#manual. You'll want to make sure the cord is intact and firmly connected.

If the issue persists or if you require further advice--or if the instructions don't seem to apply--you'll have to consult the company; use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/pfaff/customer-service.
