Scrren Message Blocked
Hi. My Blueray disc player Philips model BDP3020 is not working correctly. I alwsys see the same message in the screen (BLOCKED) I check is something is blocking the entrance or the way to go inside but is not. I clean the dust but nothing seems to work. The movie star to run but later is stop and when the disc is out looks like something mark the disc on the readind area with marks of scratch.
