Cant Play Blu Ray
Keep getting unknown inwindow after several minutes of it trying to load

According to Cnet.com, your Philips BDP5005 player is actually a Blu-ray player which is supposed to play BluRay DVDs. Maybe there is a problem with the DVD that you are trying to play. First, make sure that the DVD is really a bluray DVD. Check for scratches and test it to other device.
