My Mcm309r Will Not Power On All Cables Are Connected Properly

Unfortunately it's probably a hardware issue. I recommend calling Philips support at 1 (888) 744-5477. They can walk you through some troubleshooting and if it's under warranty, you can send it in for repair if necessary.
