The Picture Begin To Blur After Viewing For About 30 Minutes

My Pioneer plasma tv connected to pdp-r04u has been using for about ten years. Now the tv picture begin to blur after viewing for about 30 minutes. But if I turn off the TV with the remote control and turn it on again after a little while, the picture restores to its normal condition. But the problem happen again in 5 or 10 minutes. Then turn-off and turn-on repeat until no-picture happens. I think something wrong with a part in pdp-r04u. Do you have solution on this?
