I ordered from pizza hut on 830 coors in Albuquerque on March 30. My pizza was burned on the crust which didn't have the HUT CLASSIC crust like I ordered. They also forgot the ranch with the hot wings. I called and complained, was told I'd be given a $20 credit for my next order. I asked the man's name, he stated Richard's. I called tonight to use my credit, the man stated there wasn't one. I said I spoke with Richard, he said there wasn't a Richard employed there. I was so bothered, he then said he'd give me a $5 dollar credit, NO THANK YOU. I'll order dions, where they get the order right. Such bull customer service, a bunch of young uneducated punks working there. How do I contact a district manager?
