What Happened To Customer Is Always Right?

I placed an order using the online application on 1-1-15 for a stuffed crust with pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, bacon and extra cheese. I used the coupon $11.00 any large but of course was charged extra for stuffed crust & extra cheese because y'all are the only pizza company that carges for that. My tootal ended up $18.65 & when my son opened it & began eating it I noticed there wasn't any extra cheese! So I caled the store & their solution was to remake and resend it out but they wanted the other pizza back & well by this time my son had eaten almost half of it! Their other solution was a $10.00 credit? ?? I asked them why only $10.00 & she said because I was only complaining about the cheese. Seriously? ? Ive never heard of such mess in my life. & I worked for Papa John's years ago. ... I don't like pizza hut & I told my son after this dont ask me to order from there again! Ive always been told when working with the public the customer is always right I guess that is until you decide to deal with pizza hut and then it's the manager on duty is right & they dont care about what the customer says!!!
