Company Policy Question
I am a member of Planet Fitness. I rode my bike to the gym and did not have bike lock.I asked if I could keep the bike at the counter as opposed to parking the unlocked bike outside.I was told that Company Policy prohibited parking the bike in the gym. I do not recall seeing thestatement, in the numerous forms required to join, that I could not bring a bike into the gym.Please provide to me the policy of Planet Fitness where it states I cannot bring the bike inside the gym.Thank You

It is all dependent on the facility and their policies. At my location, we have a front entrance separated from the actual facility. We let members use that to store bikes since there is no bike rack outside. My best recommendation is to go to planet fitness.com go to whatever club you go to and their is always a club survey. At the bottom there is a comment section where you can right anything you need to and it goes right to corporate and reported to the managers. I would ask them for a bike rack at the facility.
