Your New Policies

Hello I'm a firefighter and I have been going to planet fitness in Charleston South Carolina for two years.  I was a paying customer at the beginning and then the manager told me and several firefighter that planet fitness gives firefighters free memberships.  So several of us were getting the free memberships and using it on a daily basics.  Now we are being told that the cooperate office has decided that the firefighter aren't allowed to have a free membership anymore.  Its a little embarrassing to walk into a gym with a whole fire engine outside and get rejected from working out.  There was no heads up about the changes.  Can you tell me why if this was a promotion why is there guys who has been going to planet fitness since they opened up in Charleston South Carolina are now being rejected from your gym when all they are doing is trying to stay in shape to serve there community?
