Why Would My Bluetooth Quit Working In The Middle Of A Song?

My plantronics 500 made a series of beeps then just quit working. It won't connect or pair with either of our phones. Its about 1 yr old.

The first step would be to try charging it and make sure it charges. The LED should be solid red when charging, and then turn off when charging is complete. If the LED doesn't come on when you try to charge, there could be a problem with the internal battery or the charging cable. You could try replacing the cable, or you can contact Plantronics for support at plantronics.com/support or by telephone at one of the phone numbers listed on the last page of the user manual.
