How Can I Contact Pogo Directly To Talk To A Human Being?

Club pogo has tried to extort me by not giving me my years subscription, which I payed for. Then having the nerve to try and get another payment for what I've already payed for. How do I contact this gaming sight to recitify this ongoing problem. The number provided is no way to get ahold of cusomer service. All it is, is a recording and no way to actually contact them. I want satisfaction for what I payed for. There has to be a way to contact them directly. Please provide this info and have Club pogo stop giving it's customers the runaround and provide an actual phone number to contact them when problems arise. It seems they are constantly ripping off customers on a day to day basis by not giving the services a customer has already payed for. Is there any recourse or is Club pogo able to continually rip people off and get away with it by not being able to provide an actual phone number on their sight so customers can't actually contact them. They only seem to provide a recording when anyone calls and they also lie when they say they are available 24/7. I have not been able to find an actual phone number to talk to a rep for this sight anywhere. Someone must have some way to contact these people without dealing with a recording. If I can't get answers, my only recourse is to get ahold of the newspapers and show them that Club pogo does not honour their sight by taking money from customers but don't provide what has been payed for, also try to extort more money for the same service.
