I Kept Trying To Get New Pw It Wont Let Me For Some Reason Tells Me To Try

I am sorry to see your still having an issue with Pogo not sending you a Reset Link for your Password.
Before we continue with the next possible resolution I need to point out the following: Check your email's junk or spam folder to see if the Pogo message may have went there. Also, Pogo can not send you a password, not your's or even a temporary one. When you access Pogo's "forgotten Password" this sends an automated email to your email on that Pogo account with a link for resetting your password, thus please do not look for a message with a password to use. You will need to click on the link Pogo included in the email.
Having said that, the following steps will initiate a Chat session with a live Game Representative for assistance, when available.
- Begin with the following Link: Access Chat With Customer Support
- Once at the link, select Account Management as the topic and in the next box type in 'Can't get password sent to my email' and click Next
- You should be at the Origin Log In Screen (Don't worry, this is where you want to be) Click on Cant access my account (under the log in window)
- A Pop-up window should appear for you to fill in First and Last name and Email address, When filled in, click Next
- The next page should ask How would you like to contact us? Directly under this question you should see one of two options:
- a) Live Chat - with the wait timeframe for the next available rep to speak with for assistance
- b) Live Chat - Unavailable at the moment - click on it orange box anyways to wait for the next available rep. However, your wait time may be extensive.
Please note: Customer Service is suppose to be 24 hours a day, however, it is unclear if this includes the chat
option as well. If you are unable to chat with a rep, you may want to try again during the weekday during normal
business hours. (8-5 PST)
I truly hope you are able to resolve your issue and once again play on Pogo Games quickly.
