My Account Was Charged When It Was Not To Be. I Made Several Attempts Online L
Made attempts online last month to cancel. I could not tell if it actually went thru as your system did not show that. I kept checking my account - but still showed it was active. I cannot find a phone number, etc. have been trying for days and stumbled across this. That charge of $14.99 needs to be removed. I contacted my credit card company and they put the $14.99 in dispute and wil be removed from my credit card. Also - any further attempts by POGO to charge my account will be blocked.
