Unfortunately you paid for the same thing I did, nothing. The phone number that was listed on my credit card statement is 866-543-5435, however when I called it I got a recording that said I was calling a phone number that had been encrypted or is no longer in service......go figure, You are welcome to try it and see what you might come up with. I also found where another Pogo member said the phone number on her bill was listed as #POGO, I have not tried to do that yet as it makes no sense as a phone number to me. EA just tells you to log in to Pogo, I would if I could, but it won't let me and I've had the same username for over 6 years. I filed a complaint with the BBB today, to try and see if I can get some action that way......All I can say is .....Good Luck!! It's a shame, it use to be a good website.
