The $6.99 charge is usually from a purchase made on Pogo for a downloaded game, or a game club item (Gems or tokens). Or a charge for a monthly membership fees.

However, if you know you did not make any purchases at Pogo's Gamesite then you should contact Pogo to request a refund.

Also, if you have a profile on Pogo games, I would suggest you remove any billing information that may be on there just to be safe.
