The only ones who can fix this is EA/Pogo Customer Service and they are next to impossible to reach these days. However if you paid by debit/credit card, most banks over consumer protection for purchases made for 30 days or 60 days. Contact your bank and ask them to remove the charge telling them that you were overcharged and the details of the transation.
In addition, if you are unable to get help through your bank, file an official complaint with your state attorney general, an online complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and an online complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Give them the exact details of the transation and how you were overcharged and the steps you took to try to correct the issue before you contacted them. Good luck.
