Most banks offer consumer protection for either 30 days or 60 days depending on the bank.  If these charges occurred within the past 30 or 60 days, contact your bank immediately and ask them to remove the charges and tell them that you were charged for things that you did not order.  In addition, you can go to the EA website since they are the parent company for Pogo and click on the help link there and 'try' to contact a Pogo Customer Service Rep.  If all of the above fails, file a formal complaint with your state attorney general, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).  You can file online complaints with the BBB and the FTC directly online and there is no charge to do so.  Be very detailed when you explain how you were defrauded and include the steps you took in trying to contact EA/Pogo to try to remedy the situation before filing your complaint.  In the meantime, remove your credit card from off your file on your Pogo account to prevent any additional charges.  Good luck getting your money back.
