How Do I Contact Pogo For Support?

This is what I suggest:
First and foremost, almost every bank and credit/debit card company has consumer protection for either 30 days or 60 days. Contact your bank immediately and tell them that you are not getting the service you paid for and cannot get through to Pogo/EA despite numerous attempts to contact them to get them to remedy the situation and see if your bank will remove the charges for you. Like I said, almost every bank offers consumer protection for either 30 days or 60 days depending on the bank.
Second, if you paid for a service and you are not getting that service and you either can't contact their customer service or the customer service refuses to help, file an online complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. You can file complaints with both of those agencies online, and they do not charge you to file a report with them either! In fact the FTC even accepts anonymous complaints online. If everyone that Pogo/EA is defrauding these days begins contacting those agencies, then those agencies will get involved and maybe them Pogo/EA will have to do something.
