Reset Password
I cannot sign on because it says incorrect password. I am using the one that was saved in my profile. Been using the same one for quite sometime. Three days ago it worked fine. The problem is I cannot create a new password because the email on file is [email protected] and I have a new email [email protected]. My screen name is greenelj. I am due for renewal in March but if I cannot get this fixed then I will not be renewing. Why pay when I can't play? I hope this gets answered. You are the hardest people I have ever seen to contact.
