I Can't Get Into My Account .. Email Has Been Changed

If you forget your Pogo or Club Pogo screen name or password, simply perform the steps listed below to recover your information:

1. Go to www.pogo.com.
2. Click the 'Sign In' link at the top right-hand corner of the Pogo.com home page.
3. Click the 'Forgot Password or Screen Name' link.
4. Recovering a Password:
   1. Enter your Pogo or Club Pogo screen name in the text field in the Recover Password section of the page.
   2. Click the Send Me My Password button.
   Recover a Screen Name:
   1. Enter the e-mail address associated with your Pogo or Club Pogo screen name in the text field in the Recover Screen Name section of the page.
   2. Click the Send Me My Screen Name button.

The information will be sent to the e-mail address associated to your Pogo or Club Pogo account.

If you still need assistance, you can contact a Game Advisor by following these steps:

1. Choose 'Pogo' as your product (if it's not already listed), and scroll down to the bottom of the page to click on Contact Us
2. Select 'Pogo' as you platform
3. Select 'Account Management' as your topic and describe your issue. Something like, "I can't access my account, please help!"
4. Hit next and you will asked to log in. If you can't access your account, then click the I Can't Access My Account link under the Login button instead.
5. In the new window, enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, and then click 'Next'. You will now be connected to a Game Advisor.

Appears your Pogo account may have been compromised by a hacker. You should contact the company who owns Pogo Games, which is EA Games also known as Origins, to speak with a Pogo Game Advisor (ie: Customer Support) for assistance with gaining access to your Account once again.

Please be advised, a little  work is needed to get to a rep, which I am sure you will agree, as you follow the steps below

Follow these steps once at the link:

• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the big orange Contact Us button
• Type the word POGO in the search box (upper right side) and choose POGO from the choices that appear. Then click Next
• Choose Cheating & Harrassment from the drop down menu, then click on the orange contact us button at bottom of page. 
• Type Pogo in the search box in upper right side of screen then choose Pogo as your product when it appears, and click Next
• Select Cheating & Harrassment, then a brief explaination for your reason for contacting them        (example: "Log in issue - my pogo account was hacked") Then Click "next" 
• You should then see the option to log into your account. Just ignore it and select "I Can't Access My Account" (directly below the Login button
• A new window should open with a request for your information, ie: Name, Email Address. 
• Once filled in click  'Next'. 
• You should either be connected with a game advisor, or you will be placed in queue for the next available Game Advisor. So please be patient if you are placed into the queue.
