I Can't Get Into My Account .. Email Has Been Changed

- Go to www.pogo.com.
- Click the 'Sign In' link at the top right-hand corner of the Pogo.com home page.
- Click the 'Forgot Password or Screen Name' link.
- Recovering a Password:
- Enter your Pogo or Club Pogo screen name in the text field in the Recover Password section of the page.
- Click the Send Me My Password button.
- Enter the e-mail address associated with your Pogo or Club Pogo screen name in the text field in the Recover Screen Name section of the page.
- Click the Send Me My Screen Name button.
The information will be sent to the e-mail address associated to your Pogo or Club Pogo account.
If you still need assistance, you can contact a Game Advisor by following these steps:
- Choose 'Pogo' as your product (if it's not already listed), and scroll down to the bottom of the page to click on Contact Us
- Select 'Pogo' as you platform
- Select 'Account Management' as your topic and describe your issue. Something like, "I can't access my account, please help!"
- Hit next and you will asked to log in. If you can't access your account, then click the I Can't Access My Account link under the Login button instead.
- In the new window, enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, and then click 'Next'. You will now be connected to a Game Advisor.

Appears your Pogo account may have been compromised by a hacker. You should contact the company who owns Pogo Games, which is EA Games also known as Origins, to speak with a Pogo Game Advisor (ie: Customer Support) for assistance with gaining access to your Account once again.
Please be advised, a little work is needed to get to a rep, which I am sure you will agree, as you follow the steps below

Follow these steps once at the link:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the big orange Contact Us button
- Type the word POGO in the search box (upper right side) and choose POGO from the choices that appear. Then click Next
- Choose Cheating & Harrassment from the drop down menu, then click on the orange contact us button at bottom of page.
- Type Pogo in the search box in upper right side of screen then choose Pogo as your product when it appears, and click Next
- Select Cheating & Harrassment, then a brief explaination for your reason for contacting them (example: "Log in issue - my pogo account was hacked") Then Click "next"
- You should then see the option to log into your account. Just ignore it and select "I Can't Access My Account" (directly below the Login button
- A new window should open with a request for your information, ie: Name, Email Address.
- Once filled in click 'Next'.
- You should either be connected with a game advisor, or you will be placed in queue for the next available Game Advisor. So please be patient if you are placed into the queue.
